1. Delivery of Services and Terms

VeltrixHost offers and supplies offshore dedicated server services subject to these Terms of Service (ToS). Using our services constitutes agreement to these ToS. We reserve the right to modify our ToS at any time without prior notice.

2. Usage of Services

Clients must follow the service usage rules, including restrictions on server storage, bandwidth, and resource usage. Overuse of resources may lead to additional charges or temporary suspension.

2.1 Server Storage & Bandwidth

Clients are limited to the disk space, bandwidth, and Mbps speed specified in the order form. Exceeding these limits may result in extra charges or suspension of services until resolved.

2.2 Sharing Account Resources

Sharing server resources with unauthorized users or selling access is prohibited. Violations may result in permanent termination of services.

2.3 Unnecessary Resource Usage & Abuse

Accounts that interfere with the operation of other services may face temporary suspension until the issue is resolved.

2.4 Acceptable Use Policy

Any activity prohibited in our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2.5 Server Vulnerabilities & Updates

VeltrixHost may deploy updates or security patches to maintain server integrity and prevent vulnerabilities, including forced updates on outdated software.

2.6 Delivery Policy

Most services are activated instantly. Dedicated server activation may take up to 24 hours in case of errors. Access credentials will be sent to the registered email.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

Clients must pay all fees according to the order form, including charges for supplemental services. Non-payment within 3 days of the invoice may result in suspension or termination.

3.1 Invoice Notifications

Invoices are sent to the primary email on record. Clients can also access invoices via the Client Portal for review and payment.

3.2 Suspensions and Termination

Unpaid invoices for more than 3 days may lead to service suspension or termination. Data, files, and emails may be deleted without further notice.

3.3 Account Cancellations

Clients not under a contract can cancel services 4 days in advance via the Client Portal. No refunds are issued for account credit balances; unused credit can only be applied to future services.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All technology, software, and proprietary rights remain with VeltrixHost. Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to access source code or trade secrets.

5. Limited Warranties

Services are provided “as-is.” VeltrixHost disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. Usage is at client risk.

5.1 Third-Party Disclaimer

VeltrixHost is not responsible for third-party actions that may impact connectivity, performance, or availability of services.

6. Limitations of Liability

VeltrixHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant hosting services. Clients are responsible for backups.

7. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the order form and our billing policies. Accepted methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other specified methods at checkout.

8. Changes to the Terms

VeltrixHost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
