Important: These terms explain how VeltrixHost provides offshore hosting, VPS, dedicated server, SMTP VPS, adult hosting and streaming services. They also explain billing, customer responsibilities, account credit, service suspension, backups, and the no-refund rule.
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to every VeltrixHost service, including offshore web hosting, Bitcoin web hosting, adult web hosting, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, SMTP VPS, offshore dedicated servers, adult dedicated servers and IPTV streaming servers. By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, renewing a service or continuing to use a service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
VeltrixHost may provide services using its own systems and trusted upstream infrastructure providers. The exact server location, hardware availability, network rules and abuse-handling process can vary by service type, data center and product configuration.
- You must review the service description, billing cycle, location, software options and resource limits before placing an order.
- You must use VeltrixHost services only for lawful websites, applications, email infrastructure and media projects.
- If a service is ordered on behalf of another person or business, you are responsible for that user and their activity.
2. Account, Login and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping client-area details accurate and secure. This includes the email address used for invoices, abuse notices, support replies, service warnings and account alerts. If you do not receive or read notices because your account email is incorrect or inaccessible, the account remains responsible for any resulting suspension, late fee or service action.
- Keep client-area passwords, server passwords, SSH keys, RDP details and control panel credentials private.
- Maintain updated scripts, CMS installations, plugins, panels, operating systems and server software.
- Do not share services with users who may send spam, host phishing, distribute malware, attack networks or upload unlawful content.
- You are responsible for traffic, content, scripts, email, databases, IP reputation and all activity generated from your service.
3. Service Provisioning, Locations and Upstream Rules
Provisioning begins after payment is confirmed and order checks are completed. Some services can be delivered quickly, while dedicated servers, custom builds, location-specific IPs, software licenses or high-resource requests may require additional time. Provisioning times shown on the website are estimates unless explicitly written as a guaranteed setup time.
VeltrixHost may use upstream providers for dedicated servers, shared hosting, VPS, Windows VPS, SMTP VPS and network resources. Those upstream rules may apply to abuse complaints, port restrictions, IP allocation, hardware replacement, data center maintenance and emergency network actions.
- Requested locations, IP ranges, operating systems, control panels and hardware profiles depend on availability.
- VeltrixHost may ask for verification or reject orders that create fraud, abuse, legal, payment or network risk.
- If a data center or upstream provider withdraws a resource, VeltrixHost may migrate, replace, modify, suspend or discontinue the affected service when necessary.
4. Billing, Payments, Renewal and Invoices
Invoices must be paid before the due date to keep services active. A service is considered unpaid until the payment is visible and confirmed inside the VeltrixHost billing system. Cryptocurrency payments, payment gateways, card processors and third-party payment systems can take time to confirm, and customers should pay early enough to avoid interruption.
- Recurring services renew according to the billing cycle selected during checkout or shown on the invoice.
- Late, unpaid or disputed invoices may result in suspension, restricted access, data deletion or termination.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud alerts or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or account closure.
- Taxes, gateway fees, software license fees, IP fees, add-ons and setup fees may be billed separately where applicable.
5. Account Credit and Internal Balance
Client-area credit is an internal service balance only. It can be used to purchase eligible new VeltrixHost services or renew existing VeltrixHost services, but it cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred outside the account, exchanged for cash or returned to the original payment method.
- Available credit has no cash value and is non-refundable.
- Credit can remain available in the client area for future service purchases or renewals.
- Credit cannot be used to bypass abuse rules, unpaid invoices, fraud checks or service restrictions.
This rule applies even when a service is cancelled, terminated, suspended, expired, no longer needed or replaced with another service.
6. Final Payment and No-Refund Rule
All payments are final once an invoice is paid or a service is activated, whichever happens first. No refund is provided after payment or activation. This rule applies because services may require reserved server resources, upstream provider payments, IP allocation, software licensing, configuration time, fraud checks, provisioning work or account-specific setup.
- Dedicated servers, VPS, Windows RDP, Linux VPS, SMTP VPS, shared hosting, adult hosting, IPTV streaming servers, IP addresses, add-ons, licenses and setup fees are non-refundable after payment or activation.
- Cancelling a service prevents future renewal when cancellation is submitted correctly; it does not create a refund for the active billing period.
- Suspension or termination for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, copyright abuse, unlawful content, network abuse or other policy violations is not refundable.
Full refund rules are published on the Refund Policy page and are part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use and Customer Content
VeltrixHost services are intended for lawful hosting, server administration, email infrastructure and media delivery. Customers must have the legal right to host, transmit, stream, store or distribute their content. You must not use services for illegal activity, deceptive activity, abusive automation, mass unsolicited email, credential theft, malware, unauthorized streaming, copyrighted material without rights, or any activity that damages VeltrixHost, upstream networks or other users.
- Adult content must be lawful, consent-based and compliant with applicable age, recordkeeping and content laws.
- SMTP VPS services must be used only for legitimate, permission-based email infrastructure.
- IPTV or streaming services must be used only for media the customer is authorized to distribute.
8. DMCA Ignored and Offshore Hosting Notice
“DMCA ignored offshore hosting” means notices are reviewed according to the applicable server location, local jurisdiction, upstream provider requirements and VeltrixHost policies. It does not mean that illegal content or abusive activity is allowed. VeltrixHost may review notices, request customer response, suspend content, disable access or terminate services when required by policy, upstream provider action, abuse risk or applicable law.
- Copyright, trademark, abuse and law-enforcement reports may be reviewed and acted on when required.
- Customers are responsible for having rights to host, stream, transmit, display or distribute their content.
- Phishing, malware, child exploitation, terrorism, fraud, spam, botnets, network attacks and harmful activity are strictly prohibited.
9. Backups, Data and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping independent backups of websites, databases, email, server files, application data and configuration files. VeltrixHost may provide backup options on selected services, but backups are not guaranteed unless the service plan or written agreement clearly includes them.
- Suspended, cancelled, expired, terminated or unpaid services may be deleted without recovery.
- Data restoration depends on technical availability, backup availability and account standing.
- VeltrixHost is not responsible for customer data loss caused by misconfiguration, compromise, customer error, abuse action, unpaid invoices or third-party software problems.
10. Suspension, Restriction and Termination
VeltrixHost may suspend, restrict, null-route, throttle or terminate services to protect customers, networks, upstream providers and the public. Action may be taken for non-payment, abuse reports, security risk, spam, network attacks, excessive resource usage, fraud, chargebacks, unlawful activity, policy violations or upstream provider instructions.
- Suspension does not pause the billing cycle or create service credit.
- Terminated services may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
- VeltrixHost may refuse future orders from customers connected to repeated abuse, fraud or payment disputes.
11. Support Scope and Managed Work
Support includes billing assistance, service access checks, network availability review, general platform guidance and help with issues directly related to the purchased service. Unless a managed service is specifically purchased, customers remain responsible for server administration, application code, mail reputation practices, DNS records, custom scripts, security hardening and backups.
- Support does not include free custom development, bulk migrations, software debugging, third-party script repair or guaranteed email inbox placement.
- VeltrixHost may provide best-effort guidance for panels, operating systems, RDP, SMTP, DNS or common hosting tasks.
- Emergency support priority may depend on service type, outage scope and account status.
12. Policy Updates and Continued Use
VeltrixHost may update these Terms & Conditions when services, upstream requirements, security standards, billing rules or legal requirements change. Updates are effective when published on the website. Continued use of any service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
- Customers should review policy pages regularly.
- If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using services and submit cancellation before the next renewal.
- Older copies, screenshots or cached versions do not replace the current published policy.
